HT Cable End Termination – SITC Scope :- N B AUTOMATION AND ELECTRICALS
HT cable end termination work includes the complete Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of high-tension cable termination kits for voltages such as 11kV, 22kV, or 33kV systems.
The scope covers supply of heat shrink or cold shrink type termination kits suitable for XLPE insulated HT cables, along with all required accessories like lugs, glands, ferrules, earthing materials, and hardware. Installation involves proper cable preparation, crimping of lugs, insulation buildup, stress control application, and sealing as per manufacturer standards.
N B AUTOMATION AND ELECTRICALS testing includes insulation resistance (IR) test, high voltage (HV) test (if required), and continuity checks to ensure safe and reliable operation. Commissioning is carried out after successful testing and inspection.
All works shall N B AUTOMATION AND ELECTRICALS with relevant IS/IEC standards and site safety guidelines to ensure long-term performance and operational safety.
