• Laying of HT, LT power cables and control cables through underground trenches, cable trays, conduits, and ducts.
• Dressing, clamping, and routing of cables as per approved drawings.
• Proper tagging and identification of cables.
• Sand bedding, brick protection, and backfilling for underground cables.
2. Cable Termination & Jointing
• Termination of power cables, control cables, and instrument cables in panels, junction boxes, motors, and field instruments.
• Installation of cable glands, lugs, ferruling, and heat shrink sleeves.
• Proper insulation, crimping, and testing for reliable electrical connections.
• Jointing work for underground cables where required.
3. Cable Tray Fabrication & Installation
• Fabrication and installation of cable trays, ladder trays, and perforated trays.
• Tray support fabrication using MS channel, angle, and GI materials.
• Installation of trays on walls, ceilings, pipe racks, and structures.
• Tray alignment, leveling, and proper earthing for safety.
4. Panel & Equipment Termination
• Power and control wiring inside MCC panels, PCC panels, VFD panels, synchronization panels, and distribution boards.
• Termination of cables in motors, drives, transformers, and switchgear.
5. Earthing & Grounding Work
• Installation of earthing pits and grounding systems.
• Earthing connections for panels, cable trays, structures, and equipment.
6. Testing & Commissioning
• Continuity testing, insulation resistance testing (Megger).
• Phase sequence and functional testing before commissioning.
• Ensuring compliance with industrial electrical standards.
