Successfully completed a complete 11kV HT electrical maintenance and refurbishment project, including underground HT cable laying, cable tray and trench installation, and termination of 11kV HT cables using Raychem termination kits at Main pump House ONGC Ankleshwar ON emergency basis.
The existing VCB panel was completely overhauled and reconditioned, including removal and replacement of old CT/PT units and internal wiring, VCB breaker servicing, operating/handle mechanism replacement, protection relay testing, heater replacement, and replacement of worn-out hardware and accessories.
The complete panel was cleaned, repainted and refurbished, followed by electrical, mechanical and protection testing. After successful testing and verification, the complete 11kV VCB system and HT cable network were recommissioned and restored to service.
